We appreciated views and breakfast. Located in 2 km from aquaria. Room was a good price value❤👍
Couldn't stay longer.

Good base for discovering Kuala Lumpur. So close to the airport, 20 km. We do recommend this property.
Absolutely nothing.

Near train station and great restaurants nearby

It is close to the lrt and Monorail There are two excellent shopping malls within easy walking distance. We booked the most expensive rooms which are situated on the 10th Floor with a Club Lounge that is available to only those on the 9th and 10th floor. You can have complimentary snacks, cold drinks, coffee and tea with free internet access. A nice quiet lounge to unwind. You need a room overlooking the twin towers the view is great especially at night. Rooms are large and spacious and not so noisy, also non-smoking. Apart from the problem experienced (see below) once this was sorted out everything was great. You still had the odd problem like the newspaper not being delivered to you in the morning (included when staying in club rooms) a call always had someone bringing it to us. After three days they got the message and there was no further problems. We got to know the staff well and they went out of their way to make sure all was ok.
Be aware that club rooms are also on the 9th floor. We were put into one on this floor for a two night stay whilst in transit to another country. The one we had was at the side of the hotel ( it was either 916 or 918 next to a very noisy building site that worked all night). The room had a queen size bed (instead of the normal king size) and was a lot smaller and cramped to the ones we have had previously. We had no sleep whatsover due to the jack hammer and concrete mixer going non- stop all night. We complained that the room was no-where near the standard of those in the front and back of the 10th floor that we had stayed in last year and for our first 6 days on arrival. Due to me being sick on the day we were to leave we cancelled our trip to Java and decided to remain kl. We asked to be moved back to the 10th floor for the rest of our trip which was 10 days and explained why. It was difficult but with persistancy and talking to a Manager they finally moved us back to the top floor again in room 1011 and reduced the price for those two nights we had in the substandard room on the 9th floor. Be aware there are a lot of indian tour groups that use this hotel. We got use to it, but breakfast was very busy, and choice somewhat depleted. They usually came in on Friday and went on Monday. Very noisy and crowded. Indians are smokers, another reason why you need the 10th floor which is non-smoking.

I like the daytime Asst. front desk duty manager and the porter. Both are courteous with a smile and helpful. Buffet spread has a reasonable spread for a budget hotel.
Wish the carpet is cleaner and not sticky.
-
The view of towers.
Staff were not helpful. Rooms were basic even the club rooms. No hand towels depsite asking. Hotel taxi charged more than private one.
-
Good & Comfortable stay for the reasonable cost....
-
It was a good value for money hotel with good breakfasts and facilities. Rooms were comfortable although the shower was not very warm.
Showers were not very warm and sometimes breakfast things had run out when you got down to it.
-
Room with nice view on Petronas Tower.
Breakfast staff do not refil food and drinks. The area is not nice.
-
Beautiful and modern hotel. Large windows, swimming pool on the roof of 3d floor. Quiet district.
Location is uncomfortable: only old private houses around, 15 minutes walk to monorail train station. Almost only local foods on breakfast.
-
Somewhat the hotel has it all: fitness studio, outdoor pool, included breakfast, business center, not too far from a major street but...
... On thr other hand this hotel is disappointingly badly maintained: not very clean, stains on thr carpet, almost nothing for Western people for breakfast, no lights at the pool in the evenings, fitness closed for refurbishing, stinky smell, many lights in the corridor out of order and the list gies on...

When I made this booking I was under the impression it had hot water , satellite tv and good Internet connection , it had none of the above .
-
The Courtesy Lounge which provides free internet and computer as well as snacks and drinks.
The Room Access Card/Device not functioning well
-
The room was quite clean, but rusty. The roomsize is also okay, nice view too. The pool is beautiful and mostly empty.
Avoid the breakfast or at least any dish containing eggs. It made me very sick for a couple of days and I am sure it was because of the food, because that was the only thing I ate after my arrival in KL, when I was still healthy and hungry.
